Just down from the Bird Market, there is a beautiful Flower Market. One simply flows into the other on the street. This is known as the "best smelling street" in all of Kowloon Island. There are shops which specialize in orchids exclusively, but mostly it's a series of stalls that offer all sorts of flowers and plants. Many bonsai trees were available, often with some sort of statuary placed in the base... like a Buddha, for example. Although some of the floral arrangements were elaborate, most of the flowers were simple and grouped by kind. An affordable place. A place that would assist greatly in adding beauty to any space in one's home or balcony or patio. Lovely, lovely place to be...an olfactory paradise!
